RED FOX BRIGHT SKY
- Circles of Connection-
Drumming, Sound and Shamanic Journeying
Red Fox Bright Sky are facilitators of 'Circles of Connection' - opportunities for connecting to ones own inner depths through altered states of consciousness within themselves, in a safe supportive space. The circles are also opportunities to connect and share experiences and intentions with likeminded others.
Drumming, as a medium of sound, triggers the brain to switch out of the conscious analytical mind, opening the doors to the unconscious and subconscious minds. In these altered states of consciousness we open ourselves to the opportunity to communicate directly with deep forgotten parts of within, and to create and receive information from the unified field of consciousness that connects us all.

What To Expect
Every Circle of Connection will have an intention or 'theme'. This will be the purpose behind coming together each occasion. A circle will usually consist of no more than 15 people. It usually begins with opening the space, and an opportunity for everyone to share their name and what brings them to the circle. If he circle is going to involve a shamanic journey, we will ground with a short meditation and information on what to expect during the journey and how to navigate it, before starting the journey. Afterwards everyone in the circle has an opportunity to share their experiences if they want to. We usually end with drumming and singing together before closing the circle. A circle usually lasts around 90 minutes, including time at the end to connect over a cuppa.
